2026 guide prices
Rates are per week in pounds sterling for the whole property. Christmas, Easter and other exceptional dates may be quoted separately. Five-night stays are considered outside the busiest summer weeks when the surrounding calendar allows.

Each enquiry receives the dates, total price, payment schedule and any seasonal details in writing.

- Pay the balance The remaining amount and £200 refundable breakages deposit are due eight weeks before arrival.

What your quotation includes
The final quotation states the stay length, total rate, pool availability, any heating arrangements and the current booking conditions. Bed linen and towels are included, and the kitchen and on-site washing machine are available throughout the stay.
The house, pool and gardens are reserved for your party. There are no shared guest facilities.

Booking questions
What is included in the weekly rate?
The quotation covers private use of the house, pool and grounds for the agreed number of people, together with bed linen, towels and normal use of the kitchen and on-site washing machine. Normal electricity, gas and water use is included unless the written quotation states a specific seasonal heating arrangement.
Can we stay for fewer than seven nights?
Outside the busiest summer weeks this is possible where the calendar allows. Due to high demand, July and August are usually offered in seven-night blocks. Send the exact dates with your enquiry; if the gap does not work, we will explain why and suggest available alternatives.
How do we reserve the dates?
Send an enquiry with your preferred dates and group size. We then check the master calendar and send a written quotation. The dates are reserved once the quotation is accepted and the £200 non-returnable deposit has been received. The balance and refundable breakages deposit are due eight weeks before arrival.
Are the dates shown online final?
The live calendar shows confirmed bookings and provisional holds. We confirm every booking in writing after checking the master calendar, and the dates are secured when the deposit is received.
