How quickly will we hear back?
We normally reply as soon as the calendar and rate have been checked. Enquiries sent at weekends or while we are at the property may take a little longer.
Does sending the form reserve the dates?
No. We confirm the dates in writing and the reservation becomes firm when the deposit is received.
Can we ask about a shorter stay?
Yes. Five-night stays are often possible outside the busiest summer weeks, depending on the surrounding bookings.
