How quickly will we hear back?
Andrew replies personally, normally within 48 hours after checking the master calendar and rate. A question that needs checking at the property may take a little longer, but we will not treat the form as an automatic reservation.
Does sending the form reserve the dates?
No. We confirm the dates in writing. Once we confirm these with you and we receive your deposit, the house is fully reserved.
Can we ask about a shorter stay?
Yes. Five-night stays are often possible outside high summer depending on the surrounding bookings. Check the live calendar for a suitable gap, then ask us to confirm it.
