Rates
For guidance, weekly stays start from £1,000 in low season and from £1,400 in high season. Minimum stay 5 nights.
High season
June–September · From £1,400 per week · 5‑night minimum
Flexible arrival
Choose any arrival day where available.
Deposit
£200 non‑returnable deposit secures your dates.
Balance
Due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Breakages deposit
£200 refundable, added to final balance. Refunded within two weeks of departure (subject to inspection).
